通常复杂的氯代烃类农药及其代谢物的鉴定和定量分析需要昂贵的精密仪器(例如气质联机)和受过专门训练的人员。本文报道了用标记颜料薄层层离法将混合物初步分离成组,再以毛细管柱气相色谱法测定,获得满意结果。为检测氯代烃类农药混合物提供了一个廉价、简易的方法。
The identification and quantitation of commonly complex chlorinated hydrocarbon pesticides and their metabolites requires expensive precision instruments (eg temperament online) and specially trained personnel. In this paper, we report the initial separation of the mixture into thin films by the thin layer separation method and the determination by capillary gas chromatography. It provides a cheap and easy way to detect chlorinated hydrocarbon pesticide mixtures.
