采用改良的TBA分光光度法研究知母宁对电离辐射所致小鼠组织中LPO含量的影响;采用肾小腺素自氧化法观察知母宁对小鼠组织中SOD含量的影响;采用ESR方法研究知母宁对辐照所致自由基的清除作用。结果发现,知母宁能显著抑制辐照所致LPO含量的升高,但不能提高组织中SOD的水平;ESR研究表明知母宁具有良好的清除自由基作用。本文还对知母宁的作用机理进行了初步探讨。
The effect of Zhuningning on the LPO content in mouse tissues induced by ionizing radiation was studied by modified TBA spectrophotometry. The effect of Zhuningning on the content of SOD in mouse tissues was observed by the method of nephrin injection and the ESR method Study Zhimin Ning on radiation-induced scavenging effect of free radicals. The results showed that Zhimu Ning can significantly inhibit the increase of radiation-induced LPO content, but can not increase the level of SOD in tissue; ESR studies have shown that Zhuning good role in scavenging free radicals. The paper also discussed the mechanism of Zhuning Ning.
