当前,在一些地方工会、基层工会及工会事业单位中,对工会经费与资产的管理中,存在这样或那样的问题,有的已直接影响工会活动的开展,有的则违反新《工会法》的有关规定,对此,应采取何种措施与对策?本文略作论述,欲达抛砖引玉之目的。一、工会经费与资产的基本含义工会经费从来源上看,有这样六个方面:①工会会员缴纳的会费,这是重要来源;②建立工会组织的全民和集体所有制企、事业单位、机关按每月全部职工(不包括:留用退职、退休人员,离退休干部,剥夺政治权利的人员,民工、家庭工、发包工等)工资总额的2%
