颈动脉体瘤是罕见的化学感受器肿瘤 ,由于与周围组织的解剖关系复杂 ,肿瘤切除过程中 ,稍有不慎可致大出血而危及生命 ,因此术前必须备血。自 1994年 8月至 1999年 5月 ,为减少异体输血 ,麻醉科对 6名颈动脉体瘤手术患者进行了急性等容血液稀释 ,效果满意 ,现报告如下。1　一般 Carotid body tumors are rare chemoreceptor tumors.
