According to UNAIDS, 60 million people worldwide have been infected with human acquired immunodeficiency virus (HIV) in the two decades since the AIDS epidemic, of which one third have been affected by HIV / AIDS-related diseases and death. Although HAART, which is currently recognized as having good efficacy, has achieved some success in anti-HIV infection, its use in developing countries has been limited by the high cost of drugs and the emergence of HIV-resistant strains that affect HIV treatment. Therefore, an effective vaccine will eventually be needed to control the spread and spread of HIV infection. In recent years, many scholars have studied many types of HIV vaccines, of which the most interesting is the HIV-1 DNA vaccine (nucleic acid vaccine).
