目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定柴葛止咳颗粒中葛根素的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以Kromasil C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)为分析柱,流动相为甲醇-水(27∶73),流速1mL·min-1,检测波长为250nm,柱温:室温。结果:葛根素与其他组分分离良好,且不受其他成分的干扰;葛根素在0.172~0.516μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9995;方法的平均回收率为99.08%,精密度RSD为1.36%。结论:本方法操作简便、快速、准确、灵敏,适用于柴葛止咳颗粒的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of puerarin in Chaige Zhikao Granules by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: Kromasil C18 (150mm × 4.6mm, 5μm) was used as the analytical column. The mobile phase was methanol-water (27:73), the flow rate was 1mL · min-1 and the detection wavelength was 250nm. : Room temperature. Results: The results showed that puerarin was well separated from other components without any interference from other components. Puerarin showed good linearity in the range of 0.172-0.516 μg with r = 0.9995. The average recovery was 99.08% and the precision RSD was 1.36 %. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate, sensitive and suitable for the determination of Chaike Zhike Granules.
