近年来我国饮料行业高速发展,其中碳酸饮料始终占据着市场中的较大份额。碳酸饮料的发泡和刺激味道来自二氧化碳,饮料内的二氧化碳使用量取决于特定的口味和品牌。饮用时,由于温度增高使二氧化碳气化,产生刺激并带走人体热量,所以给饮用者以清凉感。碳酸饮料独特清爽的风味以及不可替代的夏季消暑解渴功能,使得它深受人们特别是青少年的喜爱。但是,近年来的很多医学研究都证明,常喝碳酸饮料对人体健康的副作用会大大超过其带来的感官刺激,成为糖尿病、骨质疏松、肠胃功能紊乱、食道癌、儿童龋齿等多种疾病的一大隐患。
