职业经理人是劳动力市场的重要组成部分。建立完善和有效的职业经理人市场,是中国市场经济深入发展的客观要求。当前,职业经理人市场主要出现在非公有制经济中。笔者认为,对大多数中小型国有企业而言,还不具备经理人员职业化的条件。在国有企业内部实行经理人员职业化制度,应根据企业规模和类型的不同,采取谨慎的态度。目前,维持现行的国有企业领导人选拔制度是明智的做法。
Professional managers are an important part of the labor market. Establishing a sound and effective professional manager market is an objective requirement for the in-depth development of the Chinese market economy. At present, the professional manager’s market mainly appears in the non-public economy. The author believes that for most small and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, there are no conditions for the professionalization of managers. In the implementation of the professionalization system of managerial personnel within state-owned enterprises, a cautious attitude should be adopted according to the size and type of the company. At present, it is wise to maintain the current state-owned enterprise leader selection system.
