This article reports the experimental study on the effect of coal fluorosis on the serum and tissue LDH isozymes in pigs exposed to fluorosis for 8 months. Ten local piglets were selected and randomly divided into E (experimental) and C (control) groups. The former used to simulate ward burning stone coal (average fluoride 874.23-ppm), the fluorine in the respiratory tract; the latter set non-ward firewood.
