[Objective] To investigate the ultrasonic-assisted extraction technology of total polyphenol from persistent calyx of PHYSALIS CALYX SEU FRUCTUS.[Method] Regarding the total polyphenol yield as the indicator,the ultrasonic-assisted extraction technology of total polyphenol from persistent calyx of PHYSALIS CALYX SEU FRUCTUS was optimized by firstly single factor test and then an orthogonal design.[Result] The optimized results were as follows:50% ethanol as the extraction solvent,solid-liquid ratio of 1:20(g/ml),extraction time of 30 min,and 2 extraction times.[Conclusion] The ultrasonic method developed in this study is simple,reliable and time-saving and efficient,which provided theoretical basis for further study on the extraction of total polyphenol from the persistent calyx of PHYSALIS CALYX SEU FRUCTUS.
