矿井提升机卷筒是提升机的主要承载部件,国内使用期限达十年以上的国产或苏制提升机80%发现了卷筒开裂、筒壳塌陷以及联接螺钉剪断等现象。武汉钢铁学院矿机教研室王明道同志尝试用有限单元法对提升机卷筒进行计算获得初步成功。整个计算采用上海交通大学所编“轴对称壳体有限单体法程序”。单元划分包括了筒壳、支轮、闸盘和挡绳板。共划分为100个单元和101个节点。钢丝绳在卷筒上缠满两层,将钢丝绳对卷筒的作用看成为通过木衬传递给筒壳的均布压力。最后阶段的计算
