伴随着高职院校学生管理的地位与作用日益受到人们的关注,高职辅导员工作和学生管理模式己成为影响高校实现人才培养目标的一个重大问题。本文提出在高职院校辅导员工作中应用赏识教育模式,阐释赏识教育的定义、基本原则和教育方法,希望借此找寻发展职业教育、培育学生成才的可行之道。 With the status and role of student management in higher vocational colleges being paid more and more attention, the work of higher vocational counselors and student management have become a major issue that affects the goal of talents training in colleges and universities. This paper puts forward that applying the Appreciation Education Model in the work of counselors in higher vocational colleges, explaining the definition, basic principles and education methods of Appreciation Education, hoping to find a feasible way to develop vocational education and cultivate students.
