针对接触边界计算精度问题,结合光弹试验,提出了适用于榫接结构接触区的网格划分策略.在此基础上,进一步分析齿形结构和齿形角度对榫接结构接触面接触应力的影响,并应用于梯形齿结构进行验证,认为合理的梯形齿几何结构能够有效地降低接触应力,并且不对其他危险部位造成影响,设计合理的梯形齿相比于圆弧齿具有一定的优势.以梯形齿接触角度为设计变量进行的优化结果表明:接触边界最大等效应力下降25.54%.
