矽肺是由于被吸入的游离二氧化矽粉尘进入肺内后而引起的肺纤维化反应。典型矽肺的组织学改变主要为肺纤维化,当肺泡受累时,可引起巨噬细胞数量增多。特征性的x线表现为肺间质纤维化的扩展,而并非继发于肺泡改变。作者报告四例喷砂工人患急性矽肺的x线表现,认为急性矽肺在病理和x线表现上与一般矽肺在性质上有很大差别。作者指出以急性形式发生的矽肺主要表现为严重的肺泡受累。
Silicosis is a result of pulmonary fibrosis caused by the inhaled free silica dust entering the lungs. The histological changes of a typical silicosis are primarily pulmonary fibrosis, which can cause an increase in the number of macrophages when the alveoli are involved. The characteristic x-ray showed an expansion of interstitial fibrosis, not secondary to alveolar changes. The authors report four cases of sand blasting workers suffering from acute x-ray performance of silicosis that acute silicosis in the pathological and x-ray performance in general with the general nature of silicosis are very different. The authors point out that acute forms of silicosis mainly manifest as severe alveolar involvement.
