以一种类似地层中无孔多胞孢的现代真菌链格孢属孢子为样品,研究真菌孢子的原生烃烷烃馏分生物标志物及其热解生烃特征。实验结果表明,真菌孢子样品原生烃类的烷烃馏分,主要由正烷烃、异构烷烃和链烯烃组成。正烷烃约占抽提物总量的0.18%。nC19,烷占正烷烃总量的24.1%。链烯烃组分约相当于正烷烃总量的48.5%。异构烷烃总量约相当于正烷烃总量的70.2%。真菌孢子热解生烃也以低碳数烃类为主。在未—低成熟阶段,真菌孢子热解生烃以富含C17二环萜烷和C28甾二烯为特征。在正常成熟阶段,真菌孢子热解生烃以nC15烷为主峰碳及甾烷C19/(C27+C28+C29)比值在0.5左右为特征。

Pyrolysis of fungal spores hydrocarbon also low-carbon-based. In the non-low maturity stage, pyrolysis of fungal spores is characterized by the enrichment of C17 dicyclo- and C28-steroidal dienes. During the normal maturation stage, pyrolysis of fungal spores is dominated by the predominant peak carbon of nC15 and the C19 / (C27 + C28 + C29) ratio of about 0.5.
