为协助各个高校能采购到物美价廉的教学仪器设备,提出用Topsis方法对设备供应商进行评价以协助高校进行采购决策。针对教学仪器设备供应商构建了评价指标体系,并介绍了Topsis方法的计算步骤,然后利用熵权法为教学仪器设备供应商评价指标体系构建权重值,最后利用Tosis方法针对某高校采购多媒体设备的实例对4个设备供应商进行进行评价分析,通过计算分析。其最后结果表明使用该方法对高校教学仪器设备供应商进行评价与决策研究是可靠的,同时也验证了该评价指标体系的可靠性。
In order to assist colleges and universities to purchase inexpensive teaching instruments and equipment, the Topsis method is proposed to evaluate equipment suppliers to help colleges and universities make purchasing decisions. The paper constructs the evaluation index system for the teaching equipment supplier, introduces the calculating procedure of Topsis method, then constructs the weighted value for the evaluation index system of teaching equipment suppliers by means of entropy method, and finally uses Tosis method to purchase the multimedia equipment The example carries on the appraisal analysis to 4 equipment suppliers, through the computation analysis. The final results show that using this method to evaluate the university teaching equipment suppliers and decision-making is reliable, but also verify the reliability of the evaluation index system.
