[目的]观察补中益气汤联合神经肌肉刺激治疗仪治疗产后盆底功能障碍性疾病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例住院患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分为两组。对照组50例神经肌肉刺激治疗仪,治疗头置于阴道内,电刺激配合生物反馈治疗,遵循个体化原则,针对患者自身情况及康复过程中效果及时调整,制定个体化模式和方案(频率和脉宽),20min/次,2次/周。治疗组50例补中益气汤:党参、枳壳、当归各10g,黄芪、益母草各15g,陈皮、升麻、柴胡各6g,白术9g,炙甘草6g,水煎150m L,1剂/d,早晚分服,连续服用10d;腹中痛,加白芍;头痛,加蔓荆子、川芎;咳嗽,加五味子、麦冬;气滞,加木香;神经肌肉刺激治疗仪治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、盆底综合肌力恢复情况、盆底肌功能障碍疾病发生率、生活质量、不良反应。治疗1疗程(10d),判定疗效。[结果]肌纤维肌力治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)盆底肌功能障碍疾病发生率治疗组低于对照组(P<0.01)。日常生活能力、社交能力、抑郁两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01);焦虑治疗组明显改善(P<0.01),对照组无明显变化(P>0.05)。[结论]补中益气汤联合神经肌肉刺激治疗仪治疗产后盆底功能障碍性疾病,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with neuromuscular stimulator on postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction disease. [Methods] Using randomized parallel control method, 100 inpatients were randomly divided into two groups randomly according to the method of lot drawing. Control group, 50 cases of neuromuscular stimulation treatment instrument, the treatment of the head placed in the vagina, with electrical stimulation with biofeedback treatment, follow the principle of individualized, according to the patient’s own situation and the timely adjustment of the effect of rehabilitation process, to develop individualized patterns and programs (frequency and Pulse width), 20min / time, 2 times / week. The treatment group of 50 cases of Buzhong Yiqi Tang: Codonopsis, Citrus aurantium, Angelica 10g, Astragalus, Motherwort 15g, dried tangerine peel, Cimicifugus Bupleurum each 6g, Atractylodes 9g, Zhigancao 6g, decoction 150m L, d, morning and evening serving, continuous taking 10d; abdominal pain, add peony root; headache, add vitex root, Chuanxiong; cough, plus Schisandra, Ophiopogon; Qi stagnation, plus wood; treatment of neuromuscular stimulation treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 10d for a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, pelvic floor muscle strength recovery, pelvic floor muscle dysfunction disease incidence, quality of life, adverse reactions. Treatment of a course of treatment (10d), determine the efficacy. [Result] The muscle fiber muscle treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.01). The incidence of pelvic floor muscle dysfunction was lower in the treatment group than in the control group (P <0.01). (P <0.01), improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P <0.01), anxiety treatment group was significantly improved (P <0.01), and the control group had no significant change (P <0.01) > 0.05). [Conclusion] Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with neuromuscular stimulation therapeutic apparatus for the treatment of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction disease has satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions and is worth popularizing.
