为了提高旋转风幕在综采工作面的隔尘效果,基于喷雾除尘的机理,对气水联合下旋转风幕的除尘效率进行了修正。设计了试验系统及方案,从试验研究方面将改进的气水联合旋转风幕隔尘效果与原本旋转风幕进行研究对比。结果表明:气水联合旋转风幕的隔尘效果要优于旋转风幕;相同工况下气水联合旋转风幕的全尘及呼吸性粉尘的除尘效率高于改进前的旋转气幕,与理论研究结果保持一致。
In order to improve the dust separation effect of rotary air curtain in fully mechanized coal mining face, the dust removal efficiency of rotary air curtain under gas-water combination was corrected based on the mechanism of spray dust removal. The experimental system and the scheme are designed. From the experimental research, the improved air-water combined rotary air curtain dust-proof effect is compared with the original rotary air curtain. The results show that the combined effect of air and water is better than that of the rotating air curtain; the dust removal efficiency of the whole dust and respiratory dust under the same working condition is higher than that of the former, The theoretical research results are consistent.
