麻醉犬经十二指肠给头痛灵胶囊０．４ｇ／ｋｇ３０ｍｉｎ后，高切变率（１００Ｓ－１）和低切变率（１０Ｓ－１）下的全血粘度（ＢＶ）分别下降２６％和４１％，与临床等效量的复方羊角冲剂作用相似。故头痛灵胶囊可明显降低麻醉犬的血液粘度
