一、概况我厂有两台0.928×1.04=0.97米~2室式燃煤加热炉,轮流供5台蒸汽锻锤使用。(其吨位分别为一吨一台,半吨三台,0.25吨一台)。在两台锻造加热炉尾部,加装半快装锅炉作为余热锅炉,利用高温出炉烟气获得蒸汽,以供蒸汽锻锤使用。多年来的实践和热平衡测试数据说明:此种燃煤加热炉余热利用系统,能够满足锻造生产需要,对提高热能利用效率,降低锻件成本大有好处。二、炉子的主要结构和技术性能 (一)加热炉的主要技术参数如下:
