市场经济环境下,我国公立医院逐渐实现了医疗体制改革,对于医院的经营管理提出了许多新的更加严格的要求。固定资产管理作为医院财务管理中的重要组成部分,在管理方面存在着一些问题,影响了医院的经济效益和财务管理水平。本文针对新医改背景下公立医院固定资产管理中的不足进行了分析,并提出了有效的改善建议。
In a market economy environment, public hospitals in our country have gradually realized the reform of the medical system and put forward many new and more stringent requirements for the operation and management of hospitals. As an important part of the hospital’s financial management, fixed asset management has some problems in management and affects the economic benefits and financial management of the hospital. This paper analyzes the deficiencies in the management of fixed assets in public hospitals in the context of new medical reform and puts forward effective suggestions for improvement.
