经济学的知识在我们社会中随处可见,将法律的制度与经济学相结合进行分析的方法也逐渐被大家所采用,不仅可以更全面的诠释法律制度的含义,也会更深刻的理解其规定的意义所在并让社会大众更容易接受,也就是说将抽象的理论知识反映在现实的经济生活中。笔者在本文就运用经济学知识,从具体的法条规定入手,对法律中拾得遗失物制度进行研究,首先是对拾得人返还原物的分析,其次是针对拾得人请求报酬这一行为反映的经济学原理的探讨,最后是对无人认领财物归属问题的研究。
