宁波和丰纺织股份有限公司是清末浙江最大的新式纺织企业,其于光绪三十一年发行的股票从股票类型、形制特点和防伪设计方面来说,都可谓清末股票的典型之作。股票上记载的和丰纱厂初创时的内容,以及股票息折中记录的“官利”制度,对于研究和丰纱厂的历史乃至浙江民族工商业的发展史都提供了可靠的史料,是浙江近代民族工商业发展的宝贵见证。
Ningbo Hefeng Textile Co., Ltd. is the largest new-type textile enterprise in Zhejiang in the late Qing Dynasty. The stocks it issued for thirty-one years in Guangxu can be described as typical examples of stocks in the late Qing Dynasty in terms of stock type, shape characteristics and anti-counterfeiting design. The contents of Hefeng Mills’ initial records at the time of listing and the system of “official profits” recorded in the stock discount provide reliable historical materials for the study of the history of Fengju Mills as well as the development history of Zhejiang’s national industry and commerce. It is a precious testimony of the development of ethnic industry and commerce in modern Zhejiang.
