随着我国高等职业教育的迅速发展,教师队伍的整体状况与当今高等职业教育迅速发展的现实和深化改革、健康持续发展的要求存在较大差距。而我国在高等职业教育教师的培养方面存在着较大的空白与缺失。分析高等职业教育发展对教师教育的挑战,提出应对策略:创设适合培养高等职业教育教师的学位与课程,设计多种高职教师培养的途径,构建开放的高职教师教育体系,培养大批高等职业教育急需的骨干教师,是我国高等教育领域当前重大和急迫的一项任务。
With the rapid development of higher vocational education in our country, the overall situation of teachers is far behind the rapid development of higher vocational education and the requirements of deepening reform and healthy and sustainable development. However, there are still a lot of gaps and shortcomings in the cultivation of teachers of higher vocational education in our country. This paper analyzes the challenge to teacher education from the development of higher vocational education and puts forward countermeasures: establishing a suitable degree and curriculum for training higher vocational education teachers, designing a variety of ways to cultivate higher vocational teachers, building an open higher vocational teacher education system and cultivating a large number of higher vocational education The urgent need of education for key teachers is a major and urgent task in the field of higher education in our country.
