以科尔沁大青沟差巴嘎蒿群落的土壤为研究对象,采用挖掘法对土壤做剖面,研究了不同深度下土壤有机碳含量与土壤养分(氮、磷、钾)的分布及其相互关系。结果表明:1)在土壤深度0~60cm内,随土壤深度的增加,土壤有机碳含量整体呈下降趋势,其变化范围18.31~5.18g/kg,在0~5cm内,达到最大值为18.31g/kg;2)对土壤养分分析得知,速效钾平均含量为101.29g/kg,有效磷平均含量为2.89g/kg,碱解氮平均含量为18.77g/kg,全钾平均含量(33.60g/kg)比全磷平均含量(0.09g/kg)、全氮平均含量(0.69g/kg)都大;3)通过相关分析可知,土壤有机碳含量与速效钾含量存在极显著的相关性,土壤有机碳含量与全效钾含量不相关。
Taking the soil of Artemisia halodendron community in Horqin Daqinggou as study object, the soil was profiled by digging method and the distribution of soil organic carbon (N, P, K) and its correlation under different depths were studied. The results showed as follows: 1) Soil organic C content decreased with the increase of soil depth in the depth of 0 ~ 60cm, the range of variation was 18.31 ~ 5.18g / kg, reaching the maximum value of 18.31g / kg; 2) According to soil nutrient analysis, the average content of available potassium was 101.29g / kg, the average content of available phosphorus was 2.89g / kg, the average content of available nitrogen was 18.77g / kg, the average content of total potassium (33.60g / kg) were larger than the average content of total phosphorus (0.09g / kg) and the average content of total nitrogen (0.69g / kg); 3) Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between soil organic C content and available K, Soil organic carbon content and total available potassium content are not related.
