目的:介绍伽玛刀治疗三叉神经痛30例。方法:采用1.5TMR影像、Gamma-Plan定位和治疗计划,γ-刀(LEKSELL)治疗。治疗靶点在三叉神经感觉根桥脑进入区,用4mm准直器,最大剂量72~80Gy,50%等剂量线限定靶点;颅底肿瘤12~15Gy治疗。结果:随访3~24个月。疼痛100%缓解占60%,疼痛缓解>90%占23.3%,疼痛缓解>50%占6.33%,总有效率89.7%,2例无效,1例5个月后复发。无效和复发病人经再次治疗后疼痛100%缓解。全组病人无任何并发症。结论:伽玛刀是治疗三叉神经痛一种安全和有效的方法
Objective: To introduce gamma knife treatment of trigeminal neuralgia in 30 cases. Methods: 1.5T MR imaging, Gamma-Plan positioning and treatment planning, γ-knife (LEKSELL) treatment. Treatment targets in the trigeminal nerve root pontine brain into the area, with 4mm collimator, the maximum dose of 72 ~ 80Gy, 50% of the dose line to determine the target; skull base tumors 12 ~ 15Gy treatment. Results: Followed up for 3 to 24 months. 60% pain relief, 90% pain relief, 23.3% pain relief, 50%, 6.33%, the total effective rate of 89.7%, 2 cases of ineffective, 1 case of recurrence after 5 months. Infective and relapsed patients after treatment of pain 100% ease. All patients without any complications. Conclusion: Gamma knife is a safe and effective method to treat trigeminal neuralgia
