目的探究经腹超声联合经会阴超声在孕中期前置胎盘诊断中的应用价值。方法抽取2015年10月~2016年8月我院收治的63例孕中期前置胎盘孕妇,所有研究对象均首先进行常规腹部超声检查,针对疑似前置胎盘,经腹超声未将胎盘下缘、子宫颈内口和胎盘下缘关系清晰呈现者实施经会阴超声检查。结果经腹超声联合经会阴超声诊断符合率(95.24%)明显高于经腹超声单独诊断(79.37%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经腹超声诊断漏诊9例,误诊4例。联合诊断漏诊3例。结论经会阴超声+经腹超声联合检查孕中期孕妇,可降低漏诊率及误诊率,提高诊断准确度,为临床及早制定有效干预方案提供指导依据,具有推广价值。
Objective To investigate the value of transabdominal ultrasonography combined with transperineal ultrasound in the diagnosis of placenta previa in the second trimester. Methods Totally 63 pregnant women with placenta previa in our hospital from October 2015 to August 2016 were enrolled in this study. All subjects underwent primary abdominal ultrasonography for the first time. According to the suspected placenta previa, Cervical intercostal and lower edge of the placenta clearly presented by transperineal ultrasound. Results The coincidence rate of transabdominal ultrasonography and perineal ultrasonography was significantly higher than that of transabdominal ultrasonography alone (79.37%, P <0.05). There were 9 patients missed by transabdominal ultrasonography and 4 misdiagnosed . Misdiagnosis of joint diagnosis in 3 cases. Conclusions Perineal ultrasound plus transabdominal ultrasound combined with the detection of pregnant women in the second trimester can reduce the rate of misdiagnosis and misdiagnosis, improve the diagnostic accuracy and provide guidance for the early formulation of effective intervention programs, which has the promotion value.
