广东从化温泉是风景游览区。这里有世界一流的温泉水,有“百丈飞涛”大瀑布,有一片片苍松翠竹和荔枝林,环境幽雅,四季常青,确是旅游参观、休息疗养的好地方。抗战前,国民党的官员、知名人士和外国医生、商人已在温泉建有楼房别墅,国民党上层人物蒋介石、林森、胡汉民等达官贵人也到过温泉。1952年,人民政府着手开发温泉风景区,1953年建立了华南区干部疗养院,1954年建立了温泉招待所(即现在的
Conghua Hot Springs is a scenic tourist area. There is a world-class hot spring water, “Baizhang Feitao” waterfall, a piece of pines and green bamboo and lychee forest, elegant environment, evergreen, is indeed a tourist visit, a good place to rest. Before the war of resistance against Japan, officials, celebrities, foreign doctors and merchants of the Kuomintang had already built villas in the hot springs.
