目的 比较研究表皮葡萄球菌( 表葡菌)、金黄色葡萄球菌( 金葡菌) 和绿脓杆菌在聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(polymethylmethacrylate, PMMA) 硬性人工晶体(intraocularlens,IOL) 及聚丙烯酸甲酯(acrylic,ACRY)、水凝胶(hydroxyethylmethacrylate,HEMA) 、硅凝胶(silicone,SI) 3 种软性IOL表面粘附的情况,为IOL的选择提供依据。方法 采用扫描电子显微镜和细菌定量培养的方法比较3 种细菌在4种IOL表面的粘附情况。结果 4 种IOL表面各种细菌的粘附数量,表葡菌从小到大依次为:HEMA、ACRY、SI、PMMA;金葡菌:HEMA最少,PMMA 最多,ACRY和SI介于两者之间,ACRY 和SI之间差异无显著性;绿脓杆菌:HEMA 最少,PMMA、ACRY、SI三者差异无显著性。结论 软性IOL可能具有降低白内障摘除及IOL植入手术后眼内炎发生的作用。
Objective To compare the effects of Staphylococcus epidermidis (Staphylococcus epidermidis), Staphylococcus aureus (Staphylococcus aureus) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa on intraocular lenses (IOL) and polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) (ACRY), hydroxyethylmethacrylate (HEMA) and silicone (SI) on the surface of IOL. Methods The adhesion of three kinds of bacteria on four kinds of IOLs was compared by scanning electron microscopy and bacterial quantitative culture. Results The numbers of adhesion of various bacteria on four IOL surfaces were as follows: HEMA, ACRY, SI, PMMA; Staphylococcus aureus: the least HEMA, the most PMMA, the ACRY and SI between the two, ACRY and SI no significant difference between; Pseudomonas aeruginosa: HEMA least, PMMA, ACRY, SI three no significant difference. Conclusion Soft IOL may reduce the incidence of endophthalmitis after cataract extraction and IOL implantation.
