目的:探讨和分析中药饮片调剂中审方作用与改进策略。方法:研究选择我院中药房2016年2月-2017年2月期间开具的1357张中药饮片调剂方当做研究主体,均通过改进后的审方进行审方,总结中药饮片调剂方的差错率。结果:在本次研究的1357张中药饮片调剂方中,出现差错的处方数为5张,差错率为0.37%。结论:审方在中药饮片调剂中存在很重要的作用,审方改进后中药饮片调剂的差错率很低,确保审方工作更加安全,值得推广。
Objective: To explore and analyze the role of Chinese patent prescriptions in mediation and improvement strategies. Methods: The study selected 1357 prescriptions of Chinese Herbal Medicine prescriptions issued by Chinese pharmacy in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 as the research subjects. All of them were tested through the improved trial prescriptions, and the error rate of Herbal Medicine prescriptions was summarized. Results: In this study, 1357 prescriptions of Chinese medicine prescriptions, the error number of prescriptions was 5, the error rate was 0.37%. Conclusion: The trial prescription plays an important role in the prescription of Chinese Herbal Tablets. The error rate of the Herbal Herbal Preparations is very low after the trial prescription is improved, which ensures that the trial work is safer and worthy of promotion.
