研究了壳聚糖与聚醚共混超滤膜的制备工艺 ,探索了该超滤膜对发酵产物十二烷基二元酸中蛋白质的分离性能 .实验表明 ,壳聚糖 -聚醚共混超滤膜可用作蛋白质亲和分离膜 ,当膜孔径在 1 0～ 5 0 nm之间时 ,对二元酸中蛋白质的截留率大于 95 % .
The preparation technology of chitosan and polyether blend ultrafiltration membrane was studied and the separation performance of the ultrafiltration membrane on the protein in the product of dodecanedioic acid was explored.The experiment showed that the chitosan- Ultrafiltration membrane can be used as a protein affinity separation membrane, when the membrane pore size between 10 ~ 50 nm, the retention of the protein in the dicarboxylic acid is greater than 95%.
