目的掌握东营市河口区小学生结核病免疫现状,以便更好地开展学校卫生保健工作,促进结核病防治工作的开展。方法2008年9~12月,对东营市河口区城乡2所城区小学、9所乡村小学的全部在校学生5614名进行结核菌素(PPD)试验。结果河口区城区小学生PPD阳性率为25.6%,乡村小学生PPD阳性率为21.9%(P<0.05);男生PPD阳性率21.67,女生PPD阳性率24.87(P<0.05);一至五年级PPD阳性率分别为18.78%、26.38%、21.02%、24.44%、24.66%。结论河口区城乡小学生PPD阳性率较低,,近80%的小学生对结核菌缺乏抵抗力,尤其是乡村小学生,学生结核病防治工作不容乐观,应高度重视学生结核病防治,提高卡介苗接种成功率。
Objective To master the status quo of tuberculosis immunization among primary school students in Hekou District of Dongying City in order to better carry out school health care work and promote the prevention and control of tuberculosis. Methods From September to December 2008, 5614 students from 2 primary schools and 9 rural primary schools in urban and rural areas in Dongying City were enrolled in the tuberculin (PPD) test. Results The positive rate of PPD was 25.6% in primary school students and 21.9% in rural primary school students (P <0.05). The positive rate of PPD was 21.67 in boys and 24.87 in girls (P <0.05) 18.78%, 26.38%, 21.02%, 24.44%, 24.66%. Conclusions The prevalence of PPD in urban and rural primary school students in the estuary area is relatively low. Nearly 80% of pupils are not resistant to TB, especially for primary school pupils in rural areas. Students should not be optimistic about tuberculosis prevention and treatment. Students should attach great importance to tuberculosis prevention and control and improve the success rate of BCG vaccination.
