为增强聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)的介电性能和磁性能,以湿法化学法合成的纳米铁酸钴(CoFe_2O_4)和PVDF为原料,通过粉末热压法制备了CoFe_2O_4/PVDF复合材料,并对其介电性能和磁性能进行了研究。结果表明,成功合成了纳米CoFe_2O_4,CoFe_2O_4在PVDF基体中分散均匀;与纯PVDF相比,随CoFe_2O_4掺杂量的增加,复合材料的介电常数、电导率、损耗因子均逐步增大;12%(wt,质量分数)CoFe_2O_4掺杂量时,复合材料的介电常数达18.7,介电损耗仅为0.11;复合材料为硬磁材料;复合材料的击穿电压与击穿场强随CoFe_2O_4掺杂量的增加先增大后减小。
In order to enhance the dielectric properties and magnetic properties of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), CoFe 2 O 4 / PVDF composites were prepared by the powder hot pressing process using cobalt ferrite (CoFe 2 O 4) and PVDF synthesized by wet chemical method Its dielectric properties and magnetic properties were studied. The results show that nano-CoFe 2 O 4 and CoFe 2 O 4 are successfully dispersed in the PVDF matrix. Compared with pure PVDF, the dielectric constant, conductivity and loss factor of the composite increase with the increase of the amount of CoFe 2 O 4 doping. (wt, mass fraction) CoFe_2O_4, the dielectric constant of the composite is 18.7 and the dielectric loss is only 0.11. The composites are hard magnetic materials. The breakdown voltage and breakdown strength of the composites vary with the CoFe_2O_4 doping The increase in volume first increases and then decreases.
