目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶 MMP-2、MMP-9及其抑制物 TIMP-1与垂体瘤侵袭性的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法(SP 法)检测了19例侵袭性垂体瘤,6例非侵袭性垂体瘤中 MMP-2、MMP-9、TIMP-1的表达,分析了这3个指标与垂体瘤侵袭性的关系。结果 MMP-2、MMP-9的表达在侵袭性垂体瘤组明显高于非侵袭性垂体瘤组(P<0.05)。TIMP-1 的表达在侵袭性垂体瘤组中有增加的趋势,但与非侵袭性垂体瘤相比,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在垂体瘤的侵袭性生物行为中,基质金属蛋白酶 MMP-2、MMP-9,可能扮演着重要角色。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of MMP-2, MMP-9 and TIMP-1 and the invasiveness of pituitary tumor. Methods The expressions of MMP-2, MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in 19 cases of invasive pituitary tumor and 6 cases of non-invasive pituitary tumor were detected by immunohistochemistry (SP method) Invasive relationship. Results The expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in invasive pituitary tumor group was significantly higher than that in non-invasive pituitary tumor group (P <0.05). The expression of TIMP-1 had an increasing trend in invasive pituitary tumor group, but it was not statistically significant compared with non-invasive pituitary tumor (P> 0.05). Conclusion MMP-2, MMP-9 may play an important role in the invasive biological behavior of pituitary tumors.
