大学教学学术运动已成为影响世界的高等教育改革运动。职业教育教学质量影响着中国未来制造业的质量,也将直接影响民主、富强的中国梦的实现。职业教育如果单纯追求技能教育和教师的学科知识研究,不重视教师的教学学术能力培养,对职业教育的全面发展是不利的。教学学术思想体现了高职院校中“职业性”与“学术性”的有机融合。高等职业院校要在教学过程中引入教学学术的观念,将教学学术发展研究作为打造职业教育特色的方法论,并使之成为评价和衡量职业院校教师的教学能力和学术水平的标准。
The university academic teaching campaign has become the reform movement of higher education that affects the world. The quality of vocational education and teaching affects the quality of China’s future manufacturing industry and will directly affect the realization of a democratic, prosperous and Chinese dream. If the pure pursuit of vocational education and teachers’ professional knowledge of vocational education do not pay attention to the teaching of academic ability of teachers, the comprehensive development of vocational education is unfavorable. The academic thought of teaching embodies the organic integration of “professional ” and “academic ” in higher vocational colleges. The higher vocational colleges should introduce the concept of teaching and learning in the process of teaching and regard the study of teaching and academic development as the methodology to create the characteristics of vocational education and make it become the standard to evaluate and measure the teaching ability and academic standards of teachers in vocational colleges.
