用恶性疟原虫痘苗病毒重组活疫苗候选株的家兔免疫血清及纯化的IgG 进行了恶性疟原虫的体外培养抑制试验,并与该目的基因的原核表达蛋白及全虫抗原进行了比较。结果在疟原虫的第一个生长周期内,重组痘苗病毒组的免疫血清抑虫作用最强(P< 0.05),其次为全虫抗原及原核蛋白组;IgG 则在第一及第二个生长周期均以原核表达蛋白组抑虫作用最强( P< 0.05) ,其次为重组痘苗病毒及全虫抗原组。说明重组痘苗病毒免疫血清及IgG具有一定的体外抑制恶性疟原虫增殖作用,值得进一步深入研究。
Plasmodium falciparum immunocompetent serum and purified IgG of the recombinant live vaccine candidate strain of Plasmodium falciparum-vaccinia virus were used to test the inhibitory effect of Plasmodium falciparum in vitro and to compare with the prokaryotic expression protein and all-insect antigen of the target gene. Results In the first growth cycle of the malaria parasite, the immunosuppressive effect of the recombinant vaccinia virus group was the strongest (P <0.05), followed by the whole worm antigen and prokaryotic protein group. IgG was the highest in the first and second All the prokaryotic cells expressed prokaryotic cells at the most growth cycle (P <0.05), followed by recombinant vaccinia virus and all-insect antigen group. It indicated that recombinant vaccinia virus immune serum and IgG could inhibit the proliferation of P. falciparum in vitro, which deserved further study.
