目的:对雷斯青霉菌的次生代谢产物进行分离鉴定。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、薄层层析、葡聚糖凝胶、高效液相色谱等方法分离纯化目标菌株的代谢产物,以现代波谱技术和理化性质鉴定化合物结构。结果:从雷斯青霉菌的发酵物中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为:pestafolide A(1)、4-甲基-3-甲氧基-2,4-戊二烯酸(2)、对羟基苯乙酰胺(3)、2-(2-羟基丙酰胺基)苯甲酰胺(4)、烟酸(5)、胸腺嘧啶(6)、尿嘧啶(7)、环(甘-丙)肽(8)、(22E,24R)-3β,5α,9α-三羟基麦角甾-7,22-二烯-6-酮(9)、酒酵母甾醇(10)、麦角甾醇(11)、过氧化麦角甾醇(12)。结论:化合物1~12均为首次从雷斯青霉菌中获得。
OBJECTIVE: To isolate and identify the secondary metabolites of Penicillium de Rita. Methods: The metabolites of the target strain were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, TLC, Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC. The structures of compounds were identified by the modern spectroscopic techniques and physicochemical properties. Results: Twelve compounds were isolated from the fermentation broth of Penicillium lactis and identified as pestafolide A (1), 4-methyl-3-methoxy-2,4-pentadienoate (4), nicotinic acid (5), thymine (6), uracil (7), cycloheptan (glycyrrhizinate) Peptide (8), (22E, 24R) -3β, 5α, 9α-trihydroxyergosta-7,22-dien-6-one (9), Saccharomycestrom (10), ergosterol Oxidation of ergosterol (12). Conclusion: Compounds 1 ~ 12 were obtained from Penicillium raricum for the first time.
