上海交运集团公司开展厂务公开工作已近3年,1999年3月至2000年5月为试点阶段,2000年5月至2001年6月为全面推进阶段。目前,厂务公开正从公有制企业向事业单位拓展;从一级子公司向二级基层单位深入;从民主管理基础较好的单位向较为薄弱的单位发展。厂务公开的内容由职工关心的难点、热点、关键点问题向企业管理和企业发展方面延伸,形成了健全制度、公开形式向致力于机制建设、创建特色延伸的新格局。
Shanghai Jiaoyun Group Company has carried out open work of factory affairs for nearly 3 years, from March 1999 to May 2000 for the pilot phase, and from May 2000 to June 2001 for the full promotion phase. At present, the publicity of factory affairs is expanding from public-owned enterprises to public institutions, from the first-level subsidiaries to the second-level grass-roots units, and from the units with better democratic management to the weaker units. The openness of factory affairs is extended by employees’ concerns, hot spots and key issues to the aspects of enterprise management and enterprise development, and a sound system has been formed to open up a new pattern devoted to mechanism construction and creation with unique features in an open manner.
