本文介绍的减压阀式先导阀是借助于操纵手柄调节其调压弹簧予压缩量的一组定值输出式减压阀。借助于这种先导阀来控制液动换向阀,要比直接操纵手动换向阀省力得多。先导阀的输出压力与操纵手柄的摆角成比例,故可用来对弹簧对中的液动换向阀进行比例控制。此外,还可以用一个手柄同时控制两个不同的液动换向阀。本文介绍这种先导阀的结构与工作原理、基本计算、应用回路以及试制与试验情况。
This article describes the pressure reducing valve pilot valve is to use the joystick to adjust the pressure regulating spring to the amount of compression a set of output valve. With this pilot valve to control the hydraulic valve, than the direct manipulation of manual valve to save much labor. The output pressure of the pilot valve is proportional to the swing angle of the joystick, so it can be used to control the ratio of the spring-centered hydraulic reversing valve. In addition, it is possible to control two different hydraulic directional valves simultaneously with one handle. This article describes the structure and working principle of this pilot valve, the basic calculation, application loop and trial and test conditions.
