同其他管理一样,在市场经济条件下,企业绩效管理一般没有固定的模式,必须根据组织的实际情况及需要确定。煤矿企业绩效管理的实质是一个周而复始的系统过程,那么各部门、各区队的绩效管理是一个小的循环,则绩效管理一个大环带小环,小环保大环的互相联系,彼此促进的过程。煤矿绩效管理的过程包括:绩效计划、绩效实施、绩效考核、绩效结果的应用等四个环节。
