目的探讨喉癌细胞中是否有金葡菌L型DNA原位杂交阳性表达。方法应用原位核酸杂交技术检测20例喉癌细胞核内金葡菌L型DNA的表达。结果60%癌细胞核、浆内显示金葡菌L型DNA阳性信号。免疫组化染色(S—P法)金葡菌L型抗原阳性率为75%。革兰氏染色金葡菌L型阳性率为70%。结论金葡菌L型DNA已进入喉癌细胞内,极有可能与宿主细胞DNA整合,从基因水平上影响细胞增生和癌变,提示金葡菌及其L型感染与喉癌发生和发展可能有密切的关系[6]。
Objective To investigate the positive expression of L-form DNA in situ hybridization in Laryngeal cancer cells. Methods In situ hybridization was used to detect the L-form DNA of S. aureus in 20 laryngeal cancer cells. Results 60% of the cancer cells nuclei, plasma staphylococcus L-DNA positive signal. Immunohistochemical staining (S-P method) Staphylococcus aureus L-positive antigen was 75%. Staphylococcus aureus L-positive rate of 70%. Conclusion Staphylococcus aureus L-DNA has entered the laryngeal cancer cells, most likely with the host cell DNA integration, gene level affect the cell proliferation and carcinogenesis, suggesting that Staphylococcus aureus and its L-type infection and the occurrence and development of laryngeal cancer may have Close relationship [6].
