目的帮助大学生与他人建立和谐的人际关系,完善自我,提高生活质量,增强总体幸福感。方法通过“人际关系问卷”和“总体幸福感量表”对少数民族师范生进行调查,探讨了人际关系现状与其总体幸福感两者之间的关系,并比较了性别、户口所在地、是否独生子女对人际关系和总体幸福感的影响作用。研究发现:人际关系越好,其总体幸福感越强;女大学生的总体幸福感比男大学生的强,农村大学生的总体幸福感比城镇大学生的强,非独生子女大学生的总体幸福感比独生子女大学生的强;农村比城镇大学生、非独生子女大学生比独生子女大学生对情感和行为的控制好。并提出了一些相关建议。
