目的:研究调肾祛斑颗粒(TSQBG)含药人血清对长波紫外线(UVA)辐照后人皮人皮黑素细胞(MC)增殖的影响。方法:含药黄褐斑患者血清分8组:空白组、无药组、低浓度TSQBG组、中浓度TSQBG组、高浓度TSQBG组、低浓度沙棘冲剂(SJG)组、中浓度SJG组、高浓度SJG组。采用细胞学和血清药理学方法,观察TSQBG含药人血清对长波紫外线(UVA)照射后的体外原代培养的人皮黑素细胞(MC)的细胞增殖的影响。结果:0.2 J/cm2剂量UVA照射的增殖效果优于各剂量组(P<0.01)。各浓度TSQBG组间比较,中、高浓度TSQBG组含药血清对MC增殖的抑制作用均较低浓度组强(P<0.01),高浓度TSQBG组含药血清对MC增殖的抑制作用又较中浓度组强(P<0.01)。各浓度SJG组间比较,中、高浓度SJG组含药血清对MC增殖的抑制作用均较低浓度组强(P<0.01),高浓度SJG组含药血清对MC增殖的抑制作用又较中浓度组强(P<0.01);表明不同浓度TSQBG含药人血清对UVA诱导的人皮MC的增殖均有抑制作用,且浓度越高抑制作用越强,并随作用时间的延长细胞增殖率不断降低,呈现量效和时效关系。结论:调肾祛斑颗粒能下调UVA诱导的人皮MC的细胞增殖率的上调,这可能是调肾祛斑颗粒治疗黄褐斑的重要作用机理之一。

Conclusion: Tianshen Quban Granule can down-regulate the cell proliferation rate of human dermal MC induced by UVA, which may be one of the important mechanisms of Tanshijing Quban Granule in treating melasma.
