近年来,我国糖尿病发病率呈逐年上升的趋势,糖尿病人已达5000万,并且还在迅速增加。据流行病学调查发现,其病因与人们的饮食结构及习惯密切相关。随着人们生活水平的提高,膳食结构已从植物性食物(粮食、蔬菜)为主的杂食转变为以动物性食物(鱼、肉、鸡)为主的杂食。同时,主食由粗加工的糙米、全麦为主,改为精细加工的大米、白面,从而导致膳食纤维摄入大幅度减少。这是我国糖尿病发病率日趋上升的一个重要原因。
In recent years, the incidence of diabetes mellitus in China has been increasing year by year. Diabetes patients have reached 50 million and are rapidly increasing. According to epidemiological survey found that the etiology and people’s diet structure and habits are closely related. With the improvement of people’s living standard, the dietary structure has changed from omnivorous, which is mainly composed of plant foods (food and vegetables), to omnivorous, mainly animal food (fish, meat and chicken). In the meantime, the staple food consisted of coarsely-processed brown rice and whole-grain wheat instead of finely-processed rice and flour, resulting in a drastic reduction in dietary fiber intake. This is an important reason for the rising incidence of diabetes in our country.
