针对轨道交通门机系统驱动控制器关键问题提出了解决方案。(1)对于无刷直流电机固有的低速时换相转矩脉动问题,从工程应用角度出发,考虑电流调节带来的误差,换相方法上采用定时扫描转子位置的方法,提高了电机的动态响应速度和低速时动态性能,抑制转矩脉动,同时解决了无刷直流电机启动问题。(2)针对实际系统门体的非同一性和各种因素造成的阻力变化,提出利用位置定位生成门体运动速度曲线的方法,对比实验表明其优于传统利用时间分段的方法。提出检测位置偏差的方法解决障碍物检测问题,降低了系统的硬件成本并提高了系统稳定性。实验结果表明选择方法合理,满足门机系统要求,已应用到实际系统中。
Aiming at the key problems of rail transit door system drive controller, a solution is put forward. (1) For the inherent commutation torque ripple problem of brushless DC motor at low speed, from the perspective of engineering application, considering the error caused by the current regulation, the method of commutation timing is adopted to scan the rotor position regularly to improve the motor dynamic Response speed and dynamic performance at low speed, inhibit torque ripple, while solving the brushless DC motor starting problem. (2) According to the non-identity and resistance change caused by various factors of the actual system door body, a method of using the position positioning to generate the movement velocity curve of the door body is proposed. The comparative experiment shows that it is superior to the traditional time segment method. The method to detect the position deviation is proposed to solve the obstacle detection problem, reduce the system hardware cost and improve the system stability. Experimental results show that the selection method is reasonable to meet the door system requirements, has been applied to the actual system.
