栽植器是在移栽过程中进行栽植和使钵苗保持直立的主要工作部件。为了解决栽植器在设计过程中存在研究成本高、生产周期长等问题,采用三维造型的方法对鸭嘴吊杯式钵苗移栽机进行整机仿真设计和栽植器的运动分析研究,得出栽植器鸭嘴吊杯的仿真运动轨迹,确定最佳的投苗点和栽植点,缩短设计研发周期,为鸭嘴吊杯式钵苗移栽机结构优化设计提供依据。
The planter is the main working part that is planted during the transplanting process and keeps the seedlings upright. In order to solve the problems of high cost and long production period in the design process of planter, three-dimensional modeling method was used to carry on the whole machine simulation design and plant movement analysis of duckbill hanging cup seedling transplanter. Planter duckbill cup simulation trajectory to determine the best seedlings and planting points to shorten the design and development cycle for duckbill hanging cup seedling transplanter optimization design provide the basis.
