采用青少年心理适应性量表(APAS)和总体幸福感量表(GWB)对180名初中生进行调查,探讨初中生心理适应性与主观幸福感的状况以及两者之间的关系。结果表明:(1)性别和年级因素在群体活动适应性因子上的交互作用显著,进一步的简单效应分析表明,初三年级在群体活动适应因子上的得分存在显著的性别差异,男生显著高于女生;(2)性别和年级因素在主观幸福感各维度上的交互作用均不显著,性别在松弛与紧张维度上的主效应显著,女生显著高于男生。年级在精力维度上的主效应显著,初二年级显著高于初二和初三年级;(3)初中生心理适应性与主观幸福感有着密切的关系:身体与体育竞赛适应、考试焦虑情境适应和群体活动适应与初中生主观幸福感呈非常显著正相关,陌生情境与学习情境适应与初中生的幸福感呈显著正相关。
A total of 180 junior high school students were investigated using the Adolescent Psychological Adaptability Inventory (APAS) and the General Well-Being Scale (GWB) to investigate the psychological adaptability and subjective well-being of junior high school students and the relationship between them. The results showed that: (1) gender and grade factors had significant interaction in group adaptation factors, and further simple effect analysis showed that there was a significant gender difference in scores of group adaptation factors in the third grade, which were significantly higher than boys Girls; (2) Gender and grade factors have no significant interaction in all dimensions of subjective well-being. The main effect of gender in relaxation and tension dimensions is significant, and girls are significantly higher than boys. The main effect of grades on the energy dimension is significant, the grade of the second grade is significantly higher than the grade two and grade three; (3) There is a close relationship between psychological adaptability and subjective well-being of junior high school students: physical and athletic competition, There was a significant positive correlation between adaptation of group activities and subjective well-being of junior high school students. There was a significant positive correlation between unfamiliar situation and learning situation adaptation and junior high school students’ happiness.
