目的探讨越橘花色苷对被动吸烟损伤的防治效果。方法 32只大鼠随机分成正常对照组、模型组、低剂量花色苷组和高剂量花色苷组,检测大鼠体重增长、肺重量和肺系数、生长激素(growth hormone,GH)、超氧化物岐化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)活力。结果模型组GSH-Px活力(1 924±70.20)μmol/L明显低于正常对照组(2 022±125.38)μmol/L(t=2.513,P<0.05);高剂量花色苷组GSH-Px活力(2 004±67.03)μmol/L明显高于模型组(1 924±70.20μmol/L)(t=2.615,P<0.05)和低剂量花色苷组(1 902±116.03μmol/L)(t=3.077,P<0.05);模型组SOD活力与正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义;高剂量和低剂量花色苷组SOD活力分别为(112.26±9.36)、(114.15±14.59)U/mL明显高于模型组(92.53±27.77)U/mL(t=3.722t,=4.078,P<0.05);模型组大鼠体重增长及GH明显低于正常对照组,高剂量和低剂量花色苷组GH明显高于模型组(P<0.05)。结论高剂量花色苷可改善被动吸烟所造成生长发育和过氧化的影响,可能是通过增加血清中SOD、GSH-Px拮抗被动吸烟的损伤。
Objective To investigate the prevention and treatment effect of anthocyanins on passive smoking in Bilberry. Methods Thirty - two rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, low dose anthocyanin group and high dose anthocyanin group. Body weight, lung weight and lung coefficient, growth hormone (GH), superoxide Superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity. Conclusions High-dose anthocyanins can improve the growth and development and the peroxidation induced by passive smoking. It may be through the increase of serum SOD, GSH-Px to antagonize the passive smoking.
