ZL11属Al-Si-Mg系铝合金,具有满意的铸造工艺性能,较好的综合机械性能和良好的耐腐蚀性能,适合浇注各种薄壁和外形复杂的构件。因此较为广泛地应用于航空、仪表及其他工业中。 ZL11铸造铝合金的冶金质量和性能指标,除与化学成分有关外,还与精炼除气,变质处理和热处理等工艺因素有较大关系。下面仅介绍变质处理和热处理二个方面的显微组织与性能之间的关系问题。
