为了选育抗退化、抗病、高产、优质的马铃薯品种和摸索提高其产量的新技术措施,1975年春在省农科院、市、县农科所的协助下,我们进行了激光照射马铃薯效应试验.现将结果简结如下:材料与方法马铃薯品种:跃进.激光器:氦一氖激光器,波长6328埃,连续输出功率5毫瓦.照射方法:在距激光源1米处照射已长0.5~1厘米马铃薯种芽.处理时间为20、30、40、60秒钟,以未照射为对照.栽植方法及管理:照射后种植于大田.小区长7米,4行区,行距40厘米,穴距20厘米.小区面积0.016亩.生长期间中耕培土同一般大田.
